Original Gay pride flag — June 1978
The first rainbow pride flag was designed Gilbert Barker and unveiled during the San Francisco Gay Freedom Day on June 25, 1978. This flag contained hot pink, red, orange, yellow, green, turquoise, blue and violet stripes, with Baker assigning meaning to each colour. Hot pink correlated to s+x, red to life, orange to healing, yellow to sunlight, green to nature, turquoise to magic, indigo to serenity and purple to spirit.

After 10 days of the package not moving I notified Zazzle if they could track it from their end. The customer service rep told me that was impossible. He said they could design a new shirt for me. I was set to give him my credit card info and he informed me that they would do it free of charge. They also overnighted the shirt to me. As luck would have it I received both shirts today. They told me to keep both. I am so thankful and overwhelmed at the excellent customer service. Thank you, you saved Christmas. Awesome, my niece will be overjoyed with her gift
