Besides being a fun image of a stubbie non-photo blue pencil the mug contains a philosophical message of the kind of person (the thinker planner) for whom this mug is suited. I have bought many of these mugs as gifts and this one is going to my boss. Beautiful print job with rich colors.

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
