Official Synthesizer License. There are many activities involving various equipment, such as operating an automobile, airplane, etc., that require specialized training and licenses. Making music is something that usually requires training: lessons, practice, and rehearsals. Shouldn't it be required of the prospective musicians that they receive a license to operate the equipment, i.e., their musical instrument?
