Parsenn is a ski and hiking area above Davos and is operated by Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG. The name goes back to the Alpine pasture below the Gotschnagrat. The Parsennbahn was Switzerland's second designated sports railway (railway, which is only aimed at athletes as passengers), today there are 102 kilometers of pistes. The Parsenn Derby has been taking place here since 1924.
