Sweet PINK Ladybugs Baby Shower Invitation

The product itself is very good-quality printing and paper stock. Well it took 3 times to get the printing right. The first time most of the printing was off centered and the @ was missing from the email address because of the font. I called, got a credit and was helped for the second set. I was assured by two customer service reps that everything was centered properly. When the second set arrived, two lines were obviously not centered. I was so frustrated. I called, spoke to Amanda and she was just wonderful. She could not see the problem on the screen but asked me to email a picture of the invitation I received. When she received it, she could seethe problem abd took steps to have the invitations printed again ensuring theyweremperfect. Somehow I got them in 24 hours.........she is amazing and far better than anyone else I have spoken to. Your company needs quality control to ensure orders are checked before they go out and offer online help as customers are creating their product. I can only imagine you lost a lot of money on my order. Also without Amanda, I would have given you a poor.. Amanda deserves a raise.

These personalized Christmas cards were so pretty and the added touch of making it personal was just so perfect! The printing was clear and legible, no bleeding of the ink!

Ordering was easy. I ordered semi gloss finish. Shipping was quick. The quality of the cards is excellent. Just like the pictures shown. Colors are vibrant. The picture is crisp. Wording is clear.
