Subdued Alaska Combat Fisherman Badge - Welcome Doormat

A "subdued" black-line version of the Combat Fisherman Badge, based on a common military award, which commemorates surviving combat fishing in Alaska. It features a Sockeye Salmon over a conifer branch wreath. Text reading "ALASKA" is located at the top of the image. Additional customizable text reading, "WELCOME" also appears. Salmon fishing is extremely popular in Alaska, too popular. Thousands of anglers, almost shoulder to shoulder, line both banks of salmon streams, each trying to catch a big fish while trying to keep his line from tangling with those of everyone else.
