Watercolor and Indian ink on paper. This picture was painted in December 1922 in Weimar, where Kandinsky was invited as a teacher at Bauhaus. Basil Kandinsky (1866-1944) is known as one of the first pioneers of modern abstract art. This Russian artist employed geometry, abstract colours, and abstract forms in his artworks. He believed that art can be used to express the “inner life” of an artist.

INCREDIBLE! These bags are beautifully made with a thick canvas fabric, and a shoulder strap that hangs perfectly. This is the smaller of the two sizes that I ordered. So Impressed. The printing is immaculate. The colors are just as deep and rich as the online image display. These are excellent quality printing.
