I really liked the looks of the invitation and it fit the theme of the shower I was throwing. There is one line on the invitation that is misplaced and I contacted the designer to see if he/she could correct this before ordering. After waiting close to a week (and now for over 3 weeks) I received no response. Due to lack of other options I went forward with ordering these. I would say the designer has poor customer service skills and is not concerned about accommodating the customer. Also, I ordered 30 invitations and about 8 of the envelopes were stuck together and not able to be used. the printing turned out as expected. As mentioned above there is an error on the print that you cannot edit but that was expected when ordered.

I love zazzle!!!!! I received my invitation and noticed that my name was spelt wrong. It was my fault. I was freaking out because I needed these invitations asap. I called the customer service number spoke to them. They calmed me right down re printed me new ones for free and also delivered them with express for free as well. I will always and only use zazzle for any of my events. Thank you so much. Printing came put perfect
