"Struwwelpeter" (Shockheaded Peter) describes a boy who does not groom himself properly and is consequently unpopular. 100 year Anniversary of death of Heinrich Hoffmann, Writer Heinrich Hoffmann (1809 - 1894) was a German psychiatrist, who also wrote some short works including Der Struwwelpeter, an illustrated book portraying children misbehaving.
