Striking Cobalt Blue & Black Ceramic Border Tile

We are pleased to bring you this striking tile by the Scottish born designer, Christopher Dresser (1834-1904) which was produced by the Minton Tile Company. We are offering the design in several colorways. This tile is in Cobalt Blue and Black. Christopher Dresser was born in Glasgow Scotland in 1834 and died in 1904. He was a designer, lecturer, author, and theorist, artist, and botanist who is considered one of the pioneers of “modern” design. Minton was considered one of the premier ceramics manufacturers of the mid-19th through early 20th centuries.
