Alexandria, VA - She was telling me all the good times she had when she was just a little girl, while growing up on this very street. As we passed this ice cream store, and while it wasn't the one she went to, it was very similar. They only had 2 flavours back then, chocolate and vanilla, strawberry wasn't added for quite some time later. She would go on and tell me how she would sit with her friends and eat that fresh made ice cream outside on the curb on the hottest days in the summer. I love hearing her stories.
