It never came. No one ever alerted me to any problems via email, phone, or other message/notification.

One side had a crease down the entire thing and was not usable.

For premium paper that I paid extra for I’d was cheap feeling. The regular black you use for the base price is better looking paper and classier feeling paper. The layout was just fine and looked good but I was expecting a better grade of paper.

Was disappointed with my order. I had the wrong day for the date on the invitation. I am disappointed noone caught that. I had the correct day/date in my saved files. If someone would have taken the time to review the invitation and check my projects folder, it could have been easily remedied. Instead, it was printed incorrectly. As a printer vendor, I would think that someone should have caught this mistake and could have corrected it.

Poor color quality. Looked very cheap. Can't use them.

I’m extremely disappointed with the invitations I received. They arrived dirty, damaged, and poorly packaged. The corners and edges were messed up, and the image was not centered, which made the invitations look unprofessional. For something meant for a special occasion, I expected much better quality and care in both the printing and packaging. I would not recommend ordering from them unless they improve their quality control and packaging.

So beautiful- colors and clarity are great!

The logo does not appear to have been properly reviewed before it was delivered, and the colors are inconsistent and scattered throughout the design. Unfortunately, in its current form, I will not be able to use or distribute it. This feels like a waste of money. If there were concerns about the logo’s clarity or quality, I would have expected someone to contact me before finalizing it. I am very disappointed with the outcome and the lack of quality control throughout the process.

these photo welcome signs were exceptional

Clear, rich colors — so pretty! I placed it on the cover of my laptop to denote that this is MY laptop — my husband has several, and mine was often getting mixed in with his and therefore getting misplaced. Problem solved!

They arrived well packaged and quickly, the labels are perfect and beautiful ❤️

Really disappointed with the quality of the design after printing. I used the template so I assumed there would be no issues but the design cut off the lettering for “us at.” For as much as these cost, I expected better quality!

We liked having these stickers to pass around to all the folks who we met along our Hawaiian trip. The stickers are cute and stick well!
