Zazzle Paper

My first order of wedding invitations came out too dark and the writing was hard to read. I reached out to Zazzle, and they replaced the entire order for free. The second set came out absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier! Their customer service made things right, and now I have the invitations I dreamed of for our wedding.

I was trying to send out invitations with a return RSVP envelope and response. I tried calling for customer service several times, and each time it said they will be available the next day. This isi after it states you have 24/7 customer support. Per your suggestion, I used the Chat feature and she told me to get the envelope and it would fit perfectly inside the invitation. It does not. There is also no space to write the RSVP and how many are in attendance. I ended up folding the return envelope and insert it with the invitation and people will have to write a note and include it in the folded envelope to RSVP. Nothing is simple about it. Website could use some adjusting. Nowhere could I find the product I was actually looking for. A simple invitation with a tear off sheet to RSVP. Will never use this site again. The key chains and buttons are very nice! I thought i was getting the 2" buttons but accidentally ordered the wrong size. They are 1" and small but we will make it work. That was obviously my fault as I clearly missed the size in the order.

I never received my package

Fantastic place cards. I didn’t understand at first, but you have to order each individually if you’re personalizing the card. Shipping was fast as well. This is my 4th product ordered from Zazzle. Great company.

I paid for the faster shipping and needed them by today, and they aren’t getting here until tomorrow.

The font is too small. I can't read anything on the sticker besides the first line, Thank you. These are not usable. I will have to order new ones from someone else. Waste of money and time.

Im so disappointed in my invites because I didn’t realize how small the font would be but because the shipment was late i don’t believe I have enough time to re-order them 😩

The cards I ordered are very nice and will stand up nicely in my display. They are a little thick and hard to punch. I will place another, but will get some with a slightly less thickness. Overall I am very pleased.

Same issues with jagged edges on cards and not high quality. Same issues as previous order. I need someone to contact me.
