Never received my items… opened up an EMPTY box

So disappointed after ordering wedding seating chart cards and received only part of my order 2 days before my wedding. Contacted customer support and was told they were rush shipping the rest of my order “hopefully” in time for the event. Needless to say, they arrived 2 days AFTER my wedding. Simply could not use the product.

Not at all what I expected. It is not a jewelry card as it has no holes for earrings or slots for necklaces like the photo shows. It only has two dots instead of actual holes (what a joke). The only reason I picked this one was because I thought it was a real jewelry card, but instead its just a card that you need to punch holes in and cut yourself if you want to use it as a jewelry card. I would've loved them if they were actually as described because my logo looks great and it's nice quality, but they are useless since they aren't even close to being jewelry cards.

Delay in getting it to me so they gave me a coupon. Opened it up to find a large crease down the middle. The packaging was intact and appeared very protective so it must have happened prior to shipping. Event is coming right up so no time for a replacement. I’m hoping for a discount.
