The poster designs were amazing but they both arrived badly damaged…did anyone get my request to replace?

My board arrived damaged. I need a replacement shipped overnight shipping in order to even have a chance of having it in time for my party. I cannot believe this.

I want to say that I have had the very best customer service with this company. I made a mistake on my order and you would have thought it was their fault. It wasn’t it was my error. Cait went well over and beyond to help me get another order as soon as possible. She is amazing and showers so much empathy towards me. I was shocked at the lengths she went to for me during this process. I will use zazzle for all of my stationary needs. They have the best customer service I have ever experienced. It was hard to tell where the edge of the picture and edge of the postcard lined up every time I use the site that function is slightly changed and sometimes it's easy but this last time it wasn't so some of my postcards have white on the edges

The invites came in a timely manner and were overall nice.. however I had requested to have envelopes sent with them but the envelopes were too small. The invites just barely fit into them, and then to fold over the lip of the envelope it doesn't fold at the crease, so it looks goofy. I also was given 30 clear circle stickers, which i thought would be great since these are a trifold and the envelopes didn't fit.. except they're just clear stickers and if i use them on the envelopes they will tear away from the return address on the post card RSVP. Lastly, on some of the invites, the return address ink looks like it is in #D essentially.. it has the black font but then has a red lining around it that makes it difficult to read some of the writing at first. I did end up buying the same invites, in a smaller amount (10 instead of 25) because i miscalculated the first time. My second order came with envelopes that actually fit the invites and seal stickers that were perforated to avoid ripping the invites when opened. Overall, very disappointed with how my first order was received and the inconsistency between the two orders.

We wanted a festive slightly elegant invitation for our 50th class reunion this was perfect. We ordered the matching Save the Date earlier and will order a banner when we get closer to the date. Service is quick and customer service is courteous and attentive.
