The invites came out great, but unfortunately only received about half the right amount of envelopes so I had to go purchase some more.

It took some effort (Zazzle support giving help which did not apply and another that was not applicable to the specific design). The last support was able to give me the help in getting me the product desired. She was absolutely great. She made the experience two major thumbs up.

seriously? these are unreadable and unusable. it would've been nice if i was contacted about the center logo being too dark - it did not look like that on my screen when i created them!

The first issue is when you realize that it’s almost impossible to read what anyone writes on the rsvp card unless they use a silver sharpie. The stickers that come with it are awful you will have to buy different stickers to get the invitations to actually stay shut. I folded them as hard as possible, did the stickers and then stacked all the folded invitations together under a stack of plates over night. The stickers still were popping off and the invitations opening. I had to buy different stickers and they need to be on the front and both sides of the invitations. They are very cute but functionality was awful. Would not recommend this print.

I have ordered practically everything offered in this artist's line for my wedding. We did the All in one invitations, stickers to close the invitations, a welcome board for the wedding, and now I just came back to order our thank you cards. I just love this design so much and everything was so beautiful and high quality. It was easy to order and always arrived well before the date promised. Everything for our wedding has come from Zazzle and I have told everyone. Thank you for making everything so beautiful and stress free!

When I received my labels (for wedding invites), they weren’t even cut on parts of the border, which ruined them. I was unable to use most of them, and when I tried to pull them off, using tension on the perforation, they ripped. I waited a long time for these to ship. So I was very disappointed that I can’t even send the majority of my invitations on time. VERY DISPLEASED.

The first order had a flaw, but Zazzle reprinted the poster and it is perfect. I appreciate the prompt response to my issue with the first print. I have used Zazzle for several occasions and love the quality of the products I have purchased.

My first order of wedding invitations came out too dark and the writing was hard to read. I reached out to Zazzle, and they replaced the entire order for free. The second set came out absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier! Their customer service made things right, and now I have the invitations I dreamed of for our wedding.

I was trying to send out invitations with a return RSVP envelope and response. I tried calling for customer service several times, and each time it said they will be available the next day. This isi after it states you have 24/7 customer support. Per your suggestion, I used the Chat feature and she told me to get the envelope and it would fit perfectly inside the invitation. It does not. There is also no space to write the RSVP and how many are in attendance. I ended up folding the return envelope and insert it with the invitation and people will have to write a note and include it in the folded envelope to RSVP. Nothing is simple about it. Website could use some adjusting. Nowhere could I find the product I was actually looking for. A simple invitation with a tear off sheet to RSVP. Will never use this site again. The key chains and buttons are very nice! I thought i was getting the 2" buttons but accidentally ordered the wrong size. They are 1" and small but we will make it work. That was obviously my fault as I clearly missed the size in the order.

I never received my package

Fantastic place cards. I didn’t understand at first, but you have to order each individually if you’re personalizing the card. Shipping was fast as well. This is my 4th product ordered from Zazzle. Great company.

I paid for the faster shipping and needed them by today, and they aren’t getting here until tomorrow.

The font is too small. I can't read anything on the sticker besides the first line, Thank you. These are not usable. I will have to order new ones from someone else. Waste of money and time.

Im so disappointed in my invites because I didn’t realize how small the font would be but because the shipment was late i don’t believe I have enough time to re-order them 😩
