I paid for expedited shipping with a promise date and they arrived 5 days later causing me to miss a deadline.

Although the design is lovely, the welcome sign came with a crease down the center of it. This is the second sign, the first was even more damaged. May not want to use them for welcome signs, too challenging to ship correctly - and they are not inexpensive!

The product was beautiful! Just as requested. However, I paid over $50 for expedited shipping to arrive on Friday evening. It didn’t. Then was told it would arrive Saturday. It didn’t. Then was told Monday. I received an email stating it had been delivered to my front porch. It hadn’t. Luckily, I live in a fantastic neighborhood where we look out for each other! I put a post on Nextdoor app, and was contacted that evening that it was on somebody’s front porch more than a mile away near the exit of the neighborhood. They had dropped it at a random house. Would love a credit for the shipping costs, as I need to order more, but am very hesitant. The product was great! Everything I have ordered in the past has been, as well. I just didn’t get them when I needed them, and then had to put out a neighborhood alert in order to find them!

Would leave 5 stars but a few of them came bent, other then that they came out perfect.

I was scouring the internet for a place where I could order custom save the dates that I created. I ordered a standard 5x7. The first time I ordered these my whole order was "lost in transit". Zazzle reprinted free of charge and express shipped them to me. I ordered 110 cards and look at how these were printed. This is unacceptable and I'm so disappointed. I do not have time to get these printed a 3rd time from this company. I would have rather spent more money and ordered these off of etsy or a different company. I would not recommend and I will not be ordering my wedding invitations from this company. I have reached out directly to the company and asked for a refund for these misprints.

Absolutely beautiful and the quality is amazing.

I love the size and material! It's smaller than a normal post card- check the description for exact measurements before ordering. I ordered 1 sample before placing my large order. The first one printed skewed, and I am waiting to hear back from Zazzle about getting a replacement. Otherwise, I love this design!

The invitations were super cute and easy to customize for our shower. I will definitely come back for the next event!

Not the vibrant Christmas red color-more of a bland orangish red. Dissapointing.

I got a lot of compliments on this invitation. I loved being able to customize so much of the writing. Zazzle only sent 5 cards for my order of 50 invitations. That was disappointing when it came time to address them.

Was exactly as ordered! The colors were exact and beautiful! Many compliments on the all in one invitation/RSVP cards!! So happy with our selection!

The design of these is so cute! Quality is good and shipping was decent (about a week or so). Reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because my printed invitations were printed with the demo names on them still. They said this was an "issue with the submitted design". However, if that is the case why was my digital one correct? Im not saying it couldn't of been an error on my end just confused. I didnt think to check the printed ones since the digital was correct and I assumed they would print the same. Zazzle made it right and credited me back my money to my zazzle account (they did offer to do a full return but I didn't feel like messing with shipping them back.). Would of loved to be able to use the printed ones but the digital will have to work.
