It was nice, but I paid a TON of money for speedy shipping and it was 3 days late after the party that I needed it for. I never was refunded the shipping fee. That was very unfortunate because I needed it for a surprise party and did not get it in time so couldn’t use it, but paid a very pricey expedited shipping fee :/

The baby shower welcome sign for my daughter was beautiful! However, the first one that arrived had a large crease in it, which was likely due to damage from the shipper. When I contacted Zazzle about it, they quickly created a second one and sent it to me by FedEx and thankfully it arrived before my event!

This item was delivered on time, packaged properly, and visually as advertised. It beautifully added to the achievement of the occasion. Thank you!

Some of my cards had a line through them. Something was wrong with their machine. Also if you upgrade to the pre addressed envelopes then you don’t get to order the same increment amounts as your cards.

I am beyond happy with the invitations we ordered for my Mom's 90th birthday! Not only do they look beautiful, but the quality is EXCELLENT! As an aside, the customer service was beyond amazing when I needed their help! The stickers are useless, tbe QR code I uploaded do not work. Either because it’s too small or slightly blurry. I think the maker should have yesterday before printing and reached out.

I have been trying to call, I have tried to connect with someone on the chat, I even tried to email. You should be ashamed of yourselves for selling my this product. I literally feel like this was a sick joke. These were supposed to be window decals for my business doors, but I don't even know what to make of what they really are. I want a refund.
