Loved my save the dates great quality and arrived fairly quickly

First and last time ordering from this company. BUYER BEWARE. All of my cards came in damaged and flawed due to printing and ink not drying so they bled/rubbed onto the backs of each other. Cards were double sided. Items are shipped in what is supposed to be a bubble mailer but it’s so thin it offers no protection. Looked like a bubble mailer but didn’t feel like one. The 200 cards I ordered were split between two boxes and the boxes were made of PAPER (not cardboard) just as thin if not thinner than the paper used for said cards. So again, no shipping protection. When my package arrived it was clearly smashed in shipping. I opened it and cards were loose and no longer in the box. All of them have messed up corners or dents. I emailed customer service with pictures of the damage and details that’s it’s too late to reorder and wait another week for MEMORIAL CARDS. Of course they ignored all of the information I gave and offered to print and send me a replacement when I already told them the service was in a week and it took them 3 days to email me back. Once I responded with ‘that’s not helpful at all’ (because what am I going to do with 200 memorial cards AFTER a service) they stopped responding. I should have just flushed $50 down the drain.

So today I received 50 envelopes and not one invitation I ordered. Basically I paid a lot of money for envelopes! Not funny!

I’m really disappointed. I provided a clear image as reference and trusted the team’s experience, expecting guidance and accuracy. Unfortunately, the final product didn’t match what I needed. A professional printer should review designs carefully before production. I hope this feedback helps improve their process.

The invitations are beautiful and exactly as pictured. The only issue I have is the print for the start time is very light. Fortunately I have also created a website with the event details.

Yoo i don’t know what happened but i made a purchase or 15 with tax and everything for an invitation that i edited and screenshotted and they sent me the sample like what happened to what i did, btw baby shower is in 3 weeks and have no invitations:(

Pretty disappointed. All of the stickers and printed very crooked. Would not order again.

Size of a business card. I know it’s my fault for not double checking, but when the product is listed as a “funeral memorial prayer card”, and “standard size”, it sure does lead the buyer to assume they would be the size of every other prayer card seen before. Grief sure makes you overlook the fine print, I tell you that.

Lost my order but got it barely on time for my event that I need it for. Overall I’d order again, my stickers looked amazing and I’m very happy with it.

This is gorgeous, high quality wrapping paper. But the design is very large, so this paper is most suitable for wrapping large gifts
