These are perfect for our granddaughter’s wedding. The quality is excellent and we ordered the black envelopes to match. My only complaint with this company is that I really struggled to get the printing the way we wanted, and there is no phone #, only email. But I figured it out and these are exactly what the kids wanted.

My son loved it. He said it was a lot bigger than anticipated but loved it.

Orange color wasn't as vibrant as I had expected.

I ordered an ID card for my staff, and you send me 50 pieces of paper cards for the same staff. I can send them back to you. I don't know what your staff who handled it was thinking. Please tell me how to send them back for a refund. Thanks,

unfortunately, I believed that during shipping one side arrived as if the foam had broken, the design is beautiful! but i don't know how this can happen

My first order arrived with a big crease in it. I emailed and Zazzle made it right and created another sign and shipped it out right away! It turned out beautifully and it was exactly what I ordered!

I made this design with a trademarked logo (which was available on the university’s website for download). I ordered one invitation to make sure the logo came out clearly. I loved it so I ordered 30 more. The next day I got an email that Zazzle was canceling my order because of the trademark logo. Makes no sense at all. They’d already printed one for me.

Absolutely frustrating and disappointing. I have been using Zazzle for years and this is by far the worst experience and the most important order I've ever placed, for a massive family reunion. This is the first time I've done my own design and the first batch came with the graphic and font way too small. A replacement was sent by customer service after I submitted proof, only to receive a 2nd batch of the same inaccurate design. Do people not even look at these to ensure they are correct or is it AI handling customer service?? I sincerely hope an actual person handles getting me a corrected batch asap as I am running out of time because our party is in just a few weeks. I am beyond frustrated. I got a request for this review before I got a reply to my most recent customer service request.
