I made an order twice. The first time they indicated the wrong address (without checking with me) as a result the product got lost at the post office and I couldn't do anything. I ordered a second time, paid again, they indicated the wrong address again. Is this a joke? I wrote to their support service the first time, but they couldn't do anything and the second time they sent it to the wrong address again 🫠
