The image printed much darker than expected, despite my having upped the vibrancy and brightness before uploading the artwork.

The image did not print well and was grainy despite my having uploaded a high-resolution file.

The foam poster was amazing! It was packaged well, so no cuts, dents, bent corners!! The poster did pick up finger prints for some reason but we could wipe them off with a dry cloth. This is our second time purchasing a foam poster and we get SO many compliments! We'll continue to purchase these and other things because of the quality and customer service!
