I would do 0 stars because when I ordered these, I first ordered folded notes with same design with new address, then ordered labels to match. Got the labels and no problem, but no notes. When I went to website, it said it was “canceled”on june 11 with no explanation whatsoever! I had planned to take them to family reunion this weeks to get addresses of people to mail them to. But in the interest of being completely non-disclosing, there is no place I can see to ask why ordered canceled. And when I tried to ask on a review, I wasn’t allowed because I had to purchase product first. I’ve used Zazzle before but I don’t care how wonderful the product is, the total lack of any accountability or customer service is more crucial to me. Therefore I will not ever use this service again. I’m not a robot, I’m a person and expect to be treated like one

I was very disappointed in the product because of the quality. I've made several attempts to contact Zazzle customer service and only received a pre-recorded message that they are closed (morning, noon, and night). I've requested a replace online following the provided procedures, and heard nothing from Zazzle or the designer. Will never again do business with this company.

I'm SO disappointed! I just received my package and the board was completely bent in the middle! And it clearly states on the box DO NOT BEND!! Our event is on Saturday and today is Tuesday, so no time to get a new one!! Unbelievable!!

My invites were beautiful but 2 complaints. One: $30 to deliver a package that cost $84. Two: there’s no place to reorder if you need more.

The graduation stickers ordered were the perfect size and added to the graduation picture & dinner invitations.

Still haven't received my order. Disappointed as this was supposed to arrive by yesterday!

I am so unhappy with the way these bridal shower invitations came. I ordered 40 and didn’t even get all the envelopes, and not a single ONE invitation. The package was ripped as you can see and the envelopes were bent and messed up. Now we are crunched for time.

They came out okay. The card quantity is mediocre and the printing is a bit blurry and cheap looking not exactly what I was hoping for but they will do for now. This is the second time I've been disappointed with zazzle so I think I will try a different company next time. They have amazing styles but the paper is not as described and printing is cheap looking.
