My old address from ten years ago was pulled somehow from my order history and my order was delivered to my old address instead of the address on my order.

The invitations were printed & beautiful. The problem was the shipping- my initial invitations did not arrive. I had to reorder & pay $50. for plus shipping in order to receive the invitations in time for mailing.

on the website, the item stated they were shipped, but it does not state they were delivered. On my other order they state are shipped, as well as delivered. The company states they took a picture of the delivery, but I had several deliveries off from the same company that week. I will need this items in this order re-ordered, please.

The invitation was fine, but I was shorted two invitations. While this may not seem like much, an order should be correct, and I actually needed the extra invitations which is why I ordered them!

My invitation was absolutely beautiful; however the wrong date (number) was put on the invite. I had already mailed them out to my guests so really there was no point in trying to complain about it. With all of the technology we at our fingertips, there should be some sort of calendar when ordering to make sure that the correct date & number are inserted on the invite.

My return address labels are unreadable!! Horrible job!!!!
