Zazzle Paper

The envelopes were fine but the shipping took 10 days!! A ripoff after I paid $50 to sign up for Zazzle Plus which offered 2 day free shipping on all orders. I could never get a clear answer on why. I could never even get someone on the phone. But if you don't sign up for Zazzle Plus, they try to charge you outrageous shipping costs!! Like around $48 for some envelopes that cost less than that! I hope Zazzle reads this and becomes more customer conscious!

Cute invitation and best of all there’s enough lines to say everything you need to say. Very happy with the print, I change the format for what I need it to say. It was not a birthday party.

It was a wonderful surprise to use this personalized postcard to thank my family for coming with me on my dream vacation in Italy.

This order was not complete or it was described. I got one of each postcard where it was sold as different amounts of postcard not one of each. I want you to stop sending me email. I have dealt with you many times and explained the problem. I am not interested.

So upset…. There’s no way to contact this company… The invitations are already late and the day on the invitation is incorrect! The party is July 12 on a Saturday and it’s written Sunday on the invite that has been in transit😡

Awesome, so many compliments

The invitations came out really nice, but they did not send enough envelopes. I asked Zazzle yo send me the remaining envelopes so I can start sending out invitations and they said they would, but they never did. Super disappointed in the customer service, but the invitations themselves were nice.
