I ordered a foam board poster welcome sign, it looked good but was cut too small. I have messaged several times but no answers from Zazzle about what to do. The invitations, and baby book cards were perfect. Dissapointed with purchase.

The dark green came out basically black. I like it other than the green is not a dark/hunter green, it is a black with green undertones.

Loved the design for our bridal shower game prizes but the printing was so faint you could hardly read it. Just wish I had changed the wording to be done in a bolder color or font.

Item arrived with a huge crease in it. I have been unable to reach anyone for a refund or to get another board. It was a seating chart for a wedding. Very disappointing.

The ordering and designing process was hassle free. The end result is completely different from what the preview was and honestly almost impossible to read. I know that previews are not identical but the end product is nowhere close to what I thought I would be getting.
