As shown in the attached photos, the edges of nearly all the cards are frayed and peeling. The problem affects the entire batch and appears to be caused during the cutting or finishing process, not during shipping. These business cards do not meet professional quality standards, and I cannot hand them to clients in this condition. As a real estate professional, my business card represents my brand and first impression. I would appreciate a full reprint of the entire order at no additional cost.
