Zazzle Invitations

I was very disappointed with the service I received from Zazzle. On April 22nd, I ordered college graudation announcements for my son's May 15th graduation. I was told order would be delivered May 1st, May 2nd, and May 4th. I finally received the completed order on May 12th. This did not allow enough time for family and friends to receive the announcements before the commencement ceremony. I contacted customer service several times regarding my order. I was informed that the original shipment had been lost in transit and was offered a reprint with next day delivery However, the envelopes arrived May 8th and the annoucements arrived May 12th. I could not understand why I didn't receive the whole order together. While waiting for my order, I asked if I could receive a downloadable copy of the announcement, but I was told that would require an additional charge and could not be provided. I was offered and received a refund for the shipping cost, but I did not feel that adequately compensated for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this experience. Overall, this order was a major hassle and disappointment. It left me with a very negative impression of Zazzle. Unfortunately, I do not feel comfortable recommending Zazzle to others in the future.

The card came out perfectly.

My first order had an editing error that was my fault and they happily replaced with no additional charge. The cards arrived perfect and exactly as expected. Great customer service!

The print was not legible as the color was faint and the font was too small for the tag . It did not meet my expectations. The preview prior to purchase showed the print to be black

Perfect Graduation announcements! I ordered 5x5 cards not realizing additional postage required...pay closer attention next time. Also arrived quickly after ordered.

My order was fine, but I received someone else's order in with my order. Shipping was faster than expected. I payed it forward and ended up sending the lady's invites to the address on her order.

It was badly damaged. Looked like it was laying in a mud puddle and arrived about 10 days late. I was refunded.

Very well done. They looked good with my daughter's invites.

The process to create was fairly easy, yet I paid for premium paper and other upgrades, yet received a very poor quality product, especially the edges of the card made it look cheap, I was also disapointed as they did not offer to replace the product or refund my money.

I ordered 3 boxes of cards but only received 2. The cards were what I ordered so that's why I'm giving it 3 stars but not the quantity I ordered.

I bought for my engagement party absolutely thin horrible I don’t even wanna send them out

If I could give it zeros I would. Nothing about this card gives “gold” or “elegant”. It’s peach, bright yellow and fades into black. Save yourselves time and money, especially if you don’t want to be pissed. I took a chance even after reading another reviewer’s comment. Shame on me!
