Card had our name printed incorrectly!!! It was printed: Emanoil Ron & Jane. It should have been printed: Ron & Jane Emanoil. Please replace immediately!!!! Also, We thought that we ordered envelopes with our return address: Emanoil 17025 Woodshire Ct. Granger, IN 46530 We can correct this with our stickers, but it’s sure inconvenient.

The paper package is not ready for "light drizzle." FedEx just left the package on the front steps. The rain wet some of the envelopes.

this was my second order for business cards. These look terrible and I won't be using them. They are cut uneven and ragged. Please refund or send a replacement. Thank you

The Meowy Christmas cards were a big hit and so appreciated by everyone who received them. Of course the subject (our beloved cat Travis) is very special too!

The card should be beautiful and it was when I submitted my photo for it. It was printed very dark and not easy to see. The customer service on chat helped get my order to me but otherwise the customer service was not good. I had two people help me and one actually got my ordered processed and delivered when it had not even been done the day before it was supposed to arrive. The communication without him was terrible. He was good but won't be using this company again.

Design was beautiful but paper was thin and floppy.

Wrong cards sent. I had edited the card providing my own name, but for some reason, the default cards were sent. Not sure if your error or mine. I did apply for and receive a refund for this order. I did re-order the cards, making edits to the default card and paid extra for expedited shipping. The package arrived but only contained the invoice, no cards. Applied for and did receive a refund for this order.

I ordered several Santa Christmas cards and received them all day before Christmas. TERRIBLE SERVICE . I will not order from you again.

The card was beautiful (can't see the front/back design from the picture above). My problems was customer service related only. But I ordered 30 of these cards, but only received 5 mailing envelopes. Took great difficulty to get Zazzle to understand this despite my many communications with them. When they finally did supply me with the envelopes, it was late on a Sunday night and Christmas was on Thursday. By the time i was able to get them all addressed and mailed to my friends and family, it was after Christmas. Everyone makes mistakes but the process of getting this corrected took way too long. And by the way, on the same order I placed for 20 of another type of card, Zazzle canceled it without notifying me. So by the time I found out about it and was able to choose and design another card, those were also late getting mailed to my friends. I think most of the problem of getting these things corrected was not being able to speak to a human representative. And when using the "chat" process and was told to wait a certain amount of time, that time to wait would be 4 and 5 times the wait period they indicated. A very frustrating customer service experience. All this said, this was the first time in the three years of dealing with Zazzle that I had these problems. Great website with opportunities to create great designs. I hope to never have this type of experience again and that Zazzle takes the steps necessary to improve their customer service.

My envelopes did not come addressed as noted in my order. I did upload the file when placing the order. Your team emailed me after I reached out and advised I had a credit, I do not see a credit in my acct and am requesting a credit so I may purchase address labels for my invites or to provide the addressed envelopes which was indicated on my original order.

Cute design with accurate colors and great quality of the photo. They arrived earlier than expected which was a huge bonus! I’ve ordered several times from Zazzle and have never been led astray or disappointed. Thank you!

I received a great deal of compliments

This was not a card. It was a piece of paper much smaller than a regular card. Maybe I did not pay attention to the description and sizing, but I was very disappointed and ended up ordering cards from Walgreens. Beware of what you are ordering.

Was disappointed in the final product. While editing, I enlarged the font of the name, which eventually affected the border. I worked for a while to try and get the border the same on all sides to no avail. My conclusion and submission was with the thought there would be a review by Zazzle staff before printing and either correct or reach out to me for confirmation. Obviously, there is no cautionary review as I am used to with other stationers I have used in the past. The rest of my order was fine and I am very pleased.
