Zazzle Invitations

My cards were beautiful and would definitely use this service in the future if needed! I ordered the cards rounded which was a nice touch, however if you decide to go this route you may want to size up.

Disappointed! Ordered premium silk 21 and got regular paper. Ordered rounded corner and got square. Please someone contact me to get this resolve.

Excellent quality cards. I love Victorin art Christmas cards and these ones really got my attention. Already sent out all my cards but will be contacting Zazzle again next year!

The Christmas card came blurry, dark and the photo was not as sharp as the one that was uploaded.

Design is pretty however the tags itself are mini and can't hardly read the letters as it's very small.

We have ordered through other vendors in Zazzle our company holidays cards and this is the first time that the quality is so low with the color at the corners fainting or peeling. Not a great presentation for our clients

The cards turned out even better than I had expected. I liked the thick stock they were printed on.

The Logo was printed right over one of our family names. There was no proof or indicator when ordering that this would happen. Now our Christmas cards are even later this year. I’m extremely unsatisfied.

The colors are vibrant, and the picture is crisp and clear. A great card to send to friends and family members!

We ordered 200 cards for our church to send out before Thanksgiving. I contacted the customer service representative to advise of our tax exempt status, and they said - pay the full amount and we will reimburse you after we receive the documentation. I submitted the documentation, but still have not received the reimbursement of sales tax. Nor has anyone responded to my emails about this topic. Because of the time crunch, expedited shipping was paid for, but according to the website, the items were still being printed on 11/20 when the expected delivery date was 11/21. I recognize that next aspect of our order is related to FedEx and not Zazzle, but to make you aware that the delivery was further delayed because FedEx said there was no one to sign for the package on Saturday so delivery wasn't made- which is odd because there was also no one available on Monday but they were available to leave the package in the delivery box out side of the church office door. On top of the delay with printing, issues with delivery, when on November 24, when we finally received the order there were only 193 cards printed not 200. We will be using local printers in the future. The discounted price is not worth the hassle.

Terrible. Received no envelopes and the chat doesn't work but its the only way to communicate so the customer service is the worst I've ever used. I just want a refund ASAP

Totally disappointed. Cannot even read the name at the top of the card. Very tiny. Will not order again.

Horrible experience for spending nearly $200. Packaging on the envelopes was horrible damaged two of my envelopes and they did not wrap Save the dates to keep ink from bleeding and spreading.

I received 3 orders from you with no communication in between any of them. I sent out the defective 2nd batch of cards because no one contacted me in any way to let me know there was another shipment coming. Usually great products, just no communication this year AT ALL…very weird.

The QR code doesn’t work and The font and QR code on the back are way too small

The card turned out great. Quality is very nice. I will order again next year for sure. Love being able to print addresses on the envelopes.
