Zazzle Invitations

Ordered rounded corners and was sent regular business cards … tried to get replacements and got the run around … so I’m stuck with this .. I have ordered large orders of products spending thousands of dollars .. need proper customer service

Was a bit disappointed with these. Also ordered in white but the corners were not rounded as ordered, so returned. The Signature Cream paper looks and feels great as a paper, but really doesn't print photographs well. Photo was fuzzy despite high res jpg likely due to the nature of the paper. The white smoother ones weren't very crisp photographs either. Zazzle refunded for the mistake on the white ones which was nice.

These came out perfectly. I customized the wording to suit us and moved the Thank You down a little and the result was beautiful. During checkout the program wasn't happy about the artwork going over the bleed area, but I approved it despite their warning and they printed exactly as shown--gorgeous. The paper we used was the Premium Soft Touch and it's very luxurious and thick and feels nice in the hand. Very happy with these and I'm a tough customer to please with printed matter! : )

Loved that it came quickly and easily - don’t love how faded the colors are and that it’s off center when my proofs have it all centered.

SECOND TIME I RECEIVE THE WRONG ORDER. GARBAGE QUALITY AND THE WRONG QUANTITY. WORST PART IS THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE CORRECTED.....AS THE FIRST ORDER WAS EXACTLY THE SAME.

I uploaded the Excel template provided by Zazzle to ensure that my envelopes were pre-addressed. I was informed that if there were any issues with the file, I would be contacted before the order was dispatched. Unfortunately, the order was sent without pre-addressed envelopes. I contacted Zazzle twice and no one ever reached out to me.
