This Christmas I was blessed with a beautiful Granddaughter to spoil and my first Christmas photo card. The cards arrived and they were beautiful the colors we're vibrant, and the paper printed on was great quality. Getting ready to start looking at first birthday invitations

I ordered business cards, they had to send me a replacement because the others got lost in transit. I finally got the cards and the quality was terrible. Looks like they were done poorly and looked nothing like the picture online.

The picture quality was underwhelming on the Christmas cards I ordered.

I used ChatGPT and GeminiAI to generate anthropomorphized images of a friend's dog, with images for specific holidays and activities that they do. Got a little easle for display and it makes a terrific gift. The images reproduced very nicely.

I will take partial blame for how the back of this card looks. I thought for sure I verified that I did NOT want the zazzle logo on my item. I thought I looked over the proof and it was good. I must have hit something and didn't verify again that the logo was off. My bad. However, I also place blame on the design/er of this card because who puts the signature line in the same spot where the logo goes??? The placement is off! The spacing is off! I thought that I could cut off the front 2025 part to get rid of the logo but nope, it's just high enough where it doesn't get touched. How convenient. I have to send these out as is and it shows we both don't know what we're doing. I am highly annoyed.

Ordered rounded corners and was sent regular business cards … tried to get replacements and got the run around … so I’m stuck with this .. I have ordered large orders of products spending thousands of dollars .. need proper customer service

Was a bit disappointed with these. Also ordered in white but the corners were not rounded as ordered, so returned. The Signature Cream paper looks and feels great as a paper, but really doesn't print photographs well. Photo was fuzzy despite high res jpg likely due to the nature of the paper. The white smoother ones weren't very crisp photographs either. Zazzle refunded for the mistake on the white ones which was nice.
