Zazzle Invitations

the company didnt mail me enough enevelopes and it was super hard to get a hold of them to send the remaining envelopes. bad customer service. i couldnt speak to a human.

The top edges of (all) of the invitations was raggedy. They look awful. I’m embarrassed to send them out, but since I paid over $100 for them and we are one month out from the party, I really have no choice. Next time I will go with a local printer whose work I can see samples of.

I am trying to get a refund for these cards. You can see from the image you provided here that the border is way off center, especially on the sides. I can't use them. I have ordered many times - both cards and calendars- from Zazzle and have never had a bad product like this. How can I get a refund and order some other cards? I will return them to you if necessary.

I was not happy with the quality of the cards. I thought they would be thicker, but it was as if they were printed on paper. For reference, I selected the standard semi-gloss paper. Also, the edges of the cards looked cut. They were not smooth. The cards did not look professional.

Never received my order. Spoke to post office. They don't remember delivering my order and they can't find it

First, my cards were sent to someone else in a completely different state. I received someone's funeral cards. I had to ship those cards using my own person money to the rightful owner. When I finally received my cards they did not look anything like the example. The font was way too small, the colors were dull, and the metallic gold was hardly metallic at all. Very disappointed! Overall a really bad experience.

Perfect in every way. A lot of compliments. Used for wedding QR code and working great

Overall cards were very nice. Would like to see the logo and colors a little more bold. In person the colors were not as bright as picture shows. A couple cards had slight imperfections. The card stock or thickness was very nice. I would buy again with the ability to talk to somebody to see if these few minor adjustments could be focused on for a better product.

Took 3 weeks to receive order when was supposed to receive in less than a week. FedEx left package on uncovered area so package was soaked by rain damaging items in order

I was very excited to receive my new business cards, after receiving them they did not disappoint. They are everything I designed & hoped for.

The paper stock on this card was great. The background color really made the slogans pop, as did the printing. it's wonderful that there are so many options in paper stock and sizes.

I wish I could give this less than 1 star. Worst experience ever. I ordered ONE HUNDRED business cards for my small business and instead received TWO. Two whole business cards that were also damaged and looked AWFUL. I spent $60+ on two business cards. I’m hoping they make this right with a replacement but the customer service seems sketchy and unresponsive. Wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone. Terrible experience.
