Zazzle Invitations

I will never do business with this company again! They do not have a customer service # . everything is AI and when you ask for a live agent they say it will be aproximatly 24 minutes and I have been waiting for over an hour and still nothing. I ordered on 12/7 and was told I would have my order on or before 12/15. 12/15 came and went and now I am told I will have it on Saturday 12/20. Buyer be ware!!!!

Not only did my order come late when I paid almost $50 for priory shipping, but the quality is so poor and grainy. Mind you the pictures I chose for my card were professionally taken photos. The way they printed was blurry, grainy and quite honestly not worth any of the money I paid for them. AND I still have not received my custom envelopes that I placed with this order… By the time I get the envelopes, but my cards in and stamp them and send them through the post office and my families receives it, Christmas will be over. I’m so upset that not only will my Christmas cards look like crap but they will be late and likely arrive after Christmas. My first and last year sending a Christmas card.

When I created this card, the photo looked bright and vivid, but when they arrived - the photos are dark and its hard to make out the details in the photos. So sad. I still had to send these out to family and friends as I'm out of time to make new ones, but I'm so extremely disappointed at how they turned out

I ordered a set of these cards as part of a larger order. Zazzle messed up my order by delivering a different set of cards in the larger order instead of this card. As Christmas was right around the corner and I did not have time for Zazzle to process a return and send me the correct cards, I had to use these other cards Zazzle sent me. Dissatisfied.

Fabulous design and very fast delivery.

I love the cards! However, the cards were too big for the envelopes. Simple fix to just cut them, but really should not have to do that. The quality of the card was really good. I hope you can fix this problem for the future.

Highly disappointed that I ordered my cards on Dec 2 and they finally shipped on the “9th” and it’s the 16th and I still haven’t received them. I used Zazzle last year for my Christmas cards but I won’t do it again.
