First time I order from this website and the cards were chipping at the corners. I called customer service and the representative was very helpful and attentive, told me that I would get new ones within two days. I did get them but they were still chipping at the corners. At that point I had no choice but to keep them due to me having an open house that weekend for my new business. I will not be ordering from here again.

I love the retirement cards I bought here at Zazzle. I can't wait for my husband's retirement party so he can pass them out. He really liked them to. I recommend this vendor. Dora

The cards were very nice. I wish I would have taken measurements because they were a little smaller than I wanted, the work was great, the size my fault.

They did not put my information on the cards

This is a beautiful card as are all the cards from Zazzle. Sometimes I buy cards not to send, but to admire the pictures on the front of the card.

I don't like that the back has EPIQUE and my name is not looking the way I created it.

My order came cut with very rough and messy edges. I sent pictures to customer care and they offered to send a replacement in two days with a two day shipping. It has been 12 days and I have received nothing. I have emailed them several times asking for updates and they continue to promise they will send them with two day shipping. I am very disappointed in their customer care and inability to deliver what they said they would.

I was a bit disappointed with the card stock. I will consider a re-order with an upgraded card stock.
