I ordered five boxes of cards and received. What is the equivalent of 2 1/2 boxes. I was excited because the order came much faster than it normally does. But very disappointed that I paid for five boxes of cards and got two full boxes and a half size box and yet was charged for a complete order. Not sure what is going on. I have used this design for the last two years and have loved every interaction with this company, but this is a severe disappointment and would like to see it rectified ASAP.

I regret not measuring how small a two inch tag would be. These tags would have been so pretty had they been as large as the photo depicted. The print is very small and not worth the expense. Three inches would have made them beautiful.

The design is pretty on screen but in person the font is so small it's very difficult to read. I was not expecting the drastic difference. I would recommend changing the font size before ordering. It has a lot of blank space around the text. It's also a thinner font type which makes it that much harder to see.

These were not packaged correctly and arrived with ink rubbed off on each page.

I order another project on the same paper and the products are qualitatively completely different. The new product is soft and very thin and is not exactly cut. The previous product is perfect. Please explain what happened and send back a better quality product.

The quality was terrible, didn't even represent the image correctly - elements missing. This was a complete waste of money. It's junk - I can't even present this to the person I bought it for. Extremely disappointed.

Absolutely ugly cards. When it said gold I expected gold on the cards. What a horrible card! HATE THEM!

This wedding cards are so beautiful in person. Just like in the photo. The texture it’s awesome. The writing on the envelope it’s a big Wow! My guest were all impressed by it. They thought someone literally took the time to hand write them. :-)

I love this card. I am about to order it for the third time. The weight, texture, and quality of printing is superb.

Awesome customer service and technical support by Zazzle. I received the order several hours ahead of the promised time. I was extremely pleased with what I saw on screen. However, in print, it was less impressive but no complaints here.

I love the pre-addressed envelopes for my invitations and it was well worth the time to input the information. They arrived in a timely manner and are convenient for mailing.

Junk website! Paid extra shipping to have Item arrive on time. Never came! I want a full refund including the extra paid for shipping. Junk website!

The front phot is crooked and the letters on the back are way too small

The card was a success. Being able to create my own card via Zazzle's "Create Your Own" process is the best way to make a card for someone special.

Envelope tab was glued to front of card. Hard to believe such a rookie mistake. Still time if you send a replacement tomorrow.
