Zazzle Invitations

Zazzle had a wonderful thank you card and I used it to add the photo of the wine glass and mini birthday cake my friend gave me. She loved it and I was so happy to have the opportunity to make it so personal because of Zazzle.

Only got one item out of 6 and it's been over a month. Ive missed the special day for my relatives because the first order was partially lost. A part of the order was canceled by zazzle and the re-order is missing. I doubt if I'll ever use this company again

There’s an obvious quality control issue that needs to be addressed here. The draft image I submitted looked fine but when I received the printed cards, they had a white line at the margin as if the photo was not properly centered. I have no time to do a return and order new cards so these poor quality prints are what I’m stuck with. Never again.

Super annoyed because there’s a name hiding in the wing on the front of the car that you can’t notice when you’re buying online but it’s really obvious in person. Really odd and sneaky

I need help on the envelopes, I was waiting forever. Finally a live agent came on and did not help me one bit. I ended up with no envelope.

Exactly how I ordered it.

I never received my initial order. When Zazzle sent a follow up I responded that I had never received my order. They gave me a choice to reorder or resend. I chose resend - AND NEVER RECEIVED MY FOLLOW UP ORDER! I definitely WOULD NOT recommend Zazzle. It's been over a month.

Both my son and I loved the verses inside the card. I also like the ocean scene on the front of the card.
