I paid a lot of money extra to have this condolence card delivered on Thursday they purposely waited till Wednesday to even ship it I'm going to be out of the country for 2 weeks so I had to embarrass myself and tell the recipient that it would be 3 weeks before they get the condolence card because these people didn't have the respect to ship it a little card that takes 5 minutes for them to print and the ship it to me tonight have it for the people who lost their dog I find this disgusting and irresponsible
