Zazzle Invitations

The cards arrived in a timely manner and the order were prepared as ordered. We were very pleased with the cards.

My friend loved this cat card. She said she just rescued a cat that looks just like this cat on the card!

The design is beautiful, but buyers should be aware that this 3x4" envelope does NOT meet United States Postal Service (USPS) requirements for standard mail. Since RSVP cards are intended to be mailed, this was a pretty frustrating surprise. The envelope is too small to be processed as a regular letter, which means you either have to pay extra postage or place it inside a larger envelope, defeating the purpose. It would also be helpful if there were an option to print a return address. Since this is an RSVP, there should be a way to include the address you want responses mailed back to. I am especially frustrated because I did not realize this until after I received the order and paid for expedited shipping. What a waste. It is also very difficult to get in touch with customer service to resolve the issue. Very unhappy. I wish this had been clearly disclosed. I would not have purchased this size had I known.

Not too happy with Zazzle shipping items through USPS. My order was shipped on March 19, 2026. It did not arrive and showed no movement when tracking. Contacted Zazzle they said it must have gotten lost in shipping. So they were shipping out another through UPS or FED EX and it would take three business days to get to me and it has now been fourteen days and still has not arrived and shipped again through USPS.

Drop in quality? :( My first order of these cards with premium silk paper was noticeably thicker and of higher quality than my second batch... very disappointing that they decided to reduce the quality once they got my first order. If this review is up, it means they haven't reached out for comment.

The colors really pop. The only issue is the print on the back is to small, You can barely read it.

I move my business cards and the simplicity of making them. I would love to see cheaper shipping options.

Cards arrived today. Printing is crooked and off center. Looks very unprofessional. Unfortunately they will be going in the trash as I can’t use them.
