My cards are well received and people give me compliments on how fun they are. Compared to other custom cards, I think this product is much better for quality and content. The font in the last section was out of center for printing and bled onto the photo on some cards. Would like to be able to customize the word search puzzle or have it different from year to year. This is 2nd year I have used this card and having same puzzle, no bueno. Using the template was not intuitive to get from section to section and knowing that changes were saved. A little "save" prompt button would be good.

Yes everything went perfect on the replacement! The packaging assured protection of the product. The cards were boxed horizontal so they couldnt reach the top and then they were placed in another small box to keep them from getting squshed by careless handling. Thank you so much for taking care of this for me.

My husband was so appreciative of the beautiful card that I had made for him for Christmas. The scene and sentiment were “us.” I changed a few words and signed it. I love being able to personalize cards for a fraction of the price of store-bought cards.

I have ordered three times from Zazzle in the past month for Christmas gifts and the results have been beyond my expectations in terms of quality and timeliness and MOST IMPORTANTLY the Zazzle Customer Service is phenomenal. By MY mistake, I ordered the wrong style note cards and Zazzle totally made me happy by 100% refunding my mistaken purchase and allowed me to reorder the correct product ! What company does that?! It was totally my error. When they say they want their customers to be happy they mean it ! I'm thrilled and will never order from another company when I can get quality products and service like that.
