It's been 17 days since I placed my order of business cards and I haven't received them.

I ordered Glow In The Dark business cards, for the fact that they would glow in the dark. These cards DO NOT GLOW IN THE DARK! WHICH MAKES THEM USELESS FOR THE WHOLE POINT OF MAKING THEM! Why would someone want a glow in the dark anything that doesn't friggin' glow? COMPLETE FAILURE BY ZAZZLE AND ITS PARTNER!

I couldn't find the place to customize so I thought they would leave what they had off. However, I ended up with thank you notes I could not use. Very disappointed. I was sending out notes to thank people who have reached out to me since my Stage IV lung cancer diagnosis. Don't have the energy to return them.

Order came as it should, and was just as expected.

The thank you cards are beautiful, exactly as described. - would purchase from this shop again.
