My rating is ZERO!! They don't even deserve 1 star. But my review wouldn't go through if I didn't click on a star. I spent $135 on Christmas cards that never arrived! It is impossible to speak with an actual person at Zazzle. You can chat with Zee, their virtual assistant, who then tries to connect you with an actual person. Although, I seriously doubt actual people exist at this company after my experience. The profound lack of respect for their customers was on full display for me today. I chatted with Zee for nearly 4 hours and received numerous messages about how she was trying to connect me with a human agent as "quickly" as possible! FOUR hours?! If it weren't for the fact that the money had been deducted from my account already, I never would have wasted my time. I guess I was being way too hopeful to expect that someone, other than an AI chat bot, would speak with me. $135 for a product that never arrived and not ONE SINGLE HUMAN available to talk with me and try to make things right. I will no longer work with this company again. Oh! And how could I forget this little tidbit? They also give you an option to leave a message if you'd rather not chat with Zee. I tried that. But wouldn't you know...in order to submit your message they want you to verify that you are not a robot. How ironic. They don't want to deal with robots yet they only let robots deal with you, the customer!

I wasn't aware that the RSVP envelopes were not part of the plan and that I would have to pay extra ...but the RSVP cards are beautiful as well as the invitations ..could you please let me know if I can only buy envelopes.i only need 55 envelopes

Just paid another $40 to replace the last unacceptable set of business cards and they are worse then the last ones! Double printing making unreadable blurry text with a hideous neon pea green boarder. OMG I could never hand these to a client! So now I've spent $75 and have no business cards.

Product was horrible. The ink was flat, not the vibrant color of my 1st order, the photo was washed out and the text was completely off center. Not half the quality of my first order. Have tried to initiate return but have received no communication.

This was delivered over a week late and i was shorted by 4 envelopes…

The card turned out very nice, but I did not get any envelopes.

First, I would like to thank you for replacing the order. However, it too arrived damaged and the back of the photo was not centered as the first order was. With it being this close to Christmas, I just salvaged what I could and I had to make due.

Our save the dates came out amazing! Better than I could’ve ever imagine. They were great quality and so pretty!

What happened??? The print on the back is even smaller than the last order. I carefully reordered the cards which I did not like from Nov.,25, and the printed info on back of the cards is SMALLER. I requested the original card twice. I even called and had a rep talk me thru the reorder, and it is WORSE. I need it to be as I originally ordered with no changes. I loved handing them out. And getting so ma y compliments. WHAT HAPPENED??
