Haven't received it!!!

I did not get all 40 of the thank you cards that I ordered but I was still charged for 40 and never told I would be missing some of them...I have already written the envelopes out before realizing this mistake and I am really upset by this. It looks like I can't order more either and I have looked to see if or how I can message anyone about this and can't find who or where to do so. I would usually only write a review if someone did not try to resolve the issue but in this case I have no idea where or who to go to about this issue.

Got these cards and they are un centered and super obvious

The rose gold ink is barely readable on the cards. However Zazzle gave me a credit for my next purchase. Maybe you should warn people not to order that ink color.

If I can leave less I would, so I reach out to the seller to let her know I didn't receive my package. It has been 3 weeks and my wedding is next week. All she stated that it was order to zazzle to reach out to them, I am assuming you are making some type of profit with my order, helping me a little further would of been nicer. I would definitely not order from this seller.
