Zazzle Invitations

The Halloween cards were so cute! I've used different printing companies in the past, but will definitely be using Zazzle for all my personalizing needs from now on!

The product came out better than I could have imagined!

It was beautiful paper and print for our wedding ceremony card

This order looked just as I expected when it arrived. The product was beautiful. The process of receiving my order was awful. My product was to be delivered on 10/20. After seeing my order had not left the “making” stage on 10/22, I reached out via chat and email to inquire and got a lovely response. Those individuals assured me my shipping costs would be refunded (which they were) and my order would be expedited. On 10/24, nothing had changed on my order status. Chat features were no longer working on the website (with multiple attempts made), therefore I called and spoke to a customer service representative. He could not get ahold of the production team and hoped for a call back himself. By the end of 10/24, I could finally see my order status change to shipped, however when following my UPS tracking order, I could see my order did not actually get to UPS until late in the day on 10/27. Thankfully UPS was much more prompt and I received my order on 10/28. I am highly disappointed in the lack of communication and the follow through throughout my ordering process. Although I very much like the product, I will not be ordering from Zazzle again.

These were bad bad bad. It’s like they ran out of ink. It’s supposed to be royal blue but looks purple with a light strip on the border.

Came out perfect better than expected

It was a cute card and perfect for my Grandson's 7th Birthday. He lives out of State, so I wasn't with him when he opened the card.

This is not card stock like you’d expect to receive when ordering a Thank You card. The paper it’s printed on is like that of a printed photo, but even flimsier. On top of the very poor paper quality, the processing time for my order was unnecessarily long. My products arrived over a week late even after paying extra for expedited shipping. (thankfully Zazzle took care of this issue by refunding the shipping cost but still unacceptable and has me thinking twice about any possible future orders).

The euro sized cards I ordered came out lovely. Our mum passed away in England. They don't have memory cards during funerals there. The funeral director said they were fantastic and they are considering having them made at their establishment for families. I'm very happy with them. Everyone loved them. When the poem on back was read, there wasn't a dry eye in the house. Thank you Zazzle. They're perfect

Some of the cards I received were pre-folded incorrectly so it left creases that went through the words inside the card which was disappointing to see. Otherwise, the printing quality and design itself was great!

This is a painting of mine. I wanted to make copies and use them as cards. They turned out great!

i didnt like the cards at all i got a gloss finish also and the side of my photo is coming off the card
