Disappointed that although my holiday cards came in a timely fashion and the pictures and cards look nice, I'm disappointed that when I spoke to your design team, I wasn't sure what paper to order and told the gentleman that I wanted the same shine I always order and he told me to order the matte. That is NOT what I always order and they are NOT shiny like I wanted so I AM DISAPPOINTED>.

Packaged and shipped so poorly. Corners are damaged. Red from the back of my card rubbed off on the fronts. Very disappointed. Cards and envelopes look dirty .

Have been ordering from Zazzle since 2014. In a day when it is easier to send a text. Sending a paper card, too me, displays a deeper recognition of one's respect for the recipient of the card

I originally ordered the incorrect size but Zazzle was true to their word. When I said I wasn't completely satisfied they provided the correct size product and gave me credit for the unused portion of the original payment.

I ordered a copy of this style early on to see if I’d like the product. Once it came in I loved it. So I proceeded to go ahead and order a batch of 50 copies. Once I received them they were much thinner, almost the quality of a magazine page, compared to the order of 1 was much thicker paper. Not satisfied with the inconsistency
