Zazzle Invitations

Very disappointed. The quality of the product was good but I ordered 200 cards and they shorted me by 15 cards, which has never happened with any other provider I've used in the past (Shutterfly, Minted, etc.) Do you not have any quality control? I have left a an email message and so far absolutely not response as all I asked them was to overnight ship the 15 cards that were short on my order....no response at all. Extremely disappointing and unless I get a response very soon I will never order holiday cards from Zazzle again.

Ordered and specifically paid for expedited shipping to have in time fo memorial service. Got notified it won’t be here until after the service, but because it shipped they won’t cancel! It shipped LATE

Excellent quality and service. The only thing is that the lotus flower isn't as golden as described.

I’d give it zero stars and the customer service -20 stars if I could. I paid to have rounded edges, the edges aren’t rounded. I tried to speak with someone, but I’ve been waiting for about an hour and the bot keeps telling me that my wait is 21 minutes. I would have liked to try to have this redone properly and shipped right away but since I can’t speak with anyone and I need them by Thursday morning, I guess I’m out of luck. When ordering from this site, be mindful that it’s incredibly difficult to get a human to speak to you. I’m very disappointed. I paid extra for the rounded edges and for faster shipping. Please either remake this lickity split and send it before Thursday or at least refund the rounded edges portion I paid and did not receive. I’d recommend all customers use a different website for their Christmas cards.

super terrible service! They sent me wrong cards, and I don't have a time to order new one! What a stupid customer service!!!!!!! No customer service, nothing to help! Never will order again!

Absolutely horrible!!!! Arrived damaged and is the cheapest paper I have ever seen in my life. Took two and a half weeks to ship and now I can't send out Christmas cards on time. Incredibly disappointed.

I had a slight issue with the shipping, as my package arrived as an empty box. It was pretty stressful considering I had ordered last minute for what I needed. However, I contacted costomer service, and they were super helpful in fixing the issue promptly. Crap happens! My save the dates came fairly quickly and were stunning and exactly what I wanted!! I would definitely recommend.

I love that Zazzle offers this service. So helpful for sending wedding invites and save the dates. It saved so much time and really took one less thing off my plate! They were perfect!

These xmas cards are beautiful! I received many compliments and hope I have occasion to order from this vendor again! Very prompt delivery as well.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from Cecil Cazcle. The quality of the cards is completely unacceptable. All of the corners arrived damaged, and there is a visible line across the back of the card that goes right across my child’s face. The front of the card is also poorly printed — the pigmentation is uneven, and parts of the image look faded or like the ink is missing altogether. These were supposed to be my holiday cards, and now I don’t have time to reorder. I trusted that the cards would be checked for quality before being shipped out, but they were clearly sent in this condition without any inspection. I’m very unhappy with this experience.

Love this card. It is gorgeous. Paper quality is fantastic. We used images taken on our phones and they look great on the card.

The order was not fully shipped. Although what I received was very nice.

I really wish zazzle was consistent. I placed 2 orders 12 hours apart, first order was beautiful and came quickly. Second order took over a week. Quality on the first was great, second one wasn't cut right, has a tapered white edge. Frustrating.
