I have been using your company since i started my business but the customer service that I was accustomed to getting is no longer happening. I tried to call in and even have someone call me and that didn't happen. Instead I got a chat and that was not very helpful in locating my previous orders. It used to be that after someone looked at my order they would call me and ask me if they could enlarge my information or bold the colors and now nobody is there to guide us so that when we order we don't actually know what we are getting until the order comes thru. You didn't even send out an email right after my cards were delivered to see if we were happy with them? You used to do that. My cards are not right but they looked right on the order form but the wording and phone numbers are soo small and the circle on the front of the card is smaller than before and the ink could have been bolder. So I may need to move on to another company that still cares about customer service.

I get compliments on these business cards all the time. I’m in sales and hand-out several a day. I put them everywhere I can, I’m confident in them catching eyes. They’re worth every penny.

The card quality was just fine. The distance between the letters, when in the real size of the card vs on the screen, were uneven, and bunched. Which maybe had been the designers intention..but we had not realized. but product was very reasonably priced.

My cards are beautiful except that every other card has a scratch across the top and looks very unprofessional. Poor print quality.

They were perfect and better then expected

Only received about 30 of the 90 cards I ordered and the ones I got were covered in ink and bent. It’s obvious there was an error with the printer. Instead of reprinting they just sent them as is. Super disappointed and still awaiting a resolution.

Haven't revived two of my last orders. Very disappointing as I have been a regular customer over the years and have never experienced such a mix up and have yet to get any help.
