I did not receive envelopes with my order! When I made a complaint incorrect size envelopes were sent to me!!! I want a refund!

The cards were good but very disappointed that they didn't come in a nice box.

I placed an order for save the dates and requested that these insert cards have rounded edges. The production team did not follow these instructions and issued a replacement order. This order arrived yesterday and had the exact same issue. It is clear that the team does not prioritize quality assurance. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.

While the cards were beautiful and shipped quickly, they originated in PA and were in GA fairly quickly. I ordered on 12/1. They arrived in GA (their destination state) by 12/9. Instead of them coming to my house they went from GA to MN so they didn’t arrive until 12/22!! This made my cards late to the recipients and they arrived after Christmas. Very disappointing.

I didn’t realize I needed to ensure the Christmas cards I ordered were standard size! I thought I was getting a good deal. These are slightly larger than a business card. With 5 pictures on the card, you cannot see people’s faces. Budget does not mean simply low price. It means smaller card!

The website was glitchy and I wasn’t able to choose rush shipping at checkout. I also wasn’t able to get in touch with customer service for days. When I finally received my order, the picture quality was terrible, when I uploaded high resolution images. I have used zazzle for many years and will no longer continue to do so.
