Zazzle Invitations

The quality feels very cheap, there is ink on the white part of the card. I am not happy.

I wish the cards look nicer you can see where the edges were cut and it doesn’t look great

I ordered invites and enclosure cards to send together for a baby shower. The invite is exactly what I wanted. The enclosure cards are terrible. They look as though Zazzle’s printer ran out of ink. I am very disappointed in these.

The first delivery included no envelopes for the five small cards. The second delivery included the correct square envelopes and the incorrect sized rectangular envelopes. The third delivery included more square envelopes which I did not need and none of the rectangular envelopes. I have included photos and clear descriptions of what delivered incorrectly, but somehow the message does not seem to be getting thru to the production team. I am very dissatisfied with the service. I intended to bring these cards as gifts when I travel next week and as is, they are incomplete and I won't be able to give them as gifts. I would like a refund.

I ordered a poster for my daughter’s shower and it arrived damaged. Zazzle replaced it immediately and expedited the delivery so I got it on time for the shower! Great customer service.

The type size on back is so tiny it can hardly be read. 👎🏻 not happy about that. I’ll have to re-order from another vendor.

Great size and well printed

The proof and what is shown online in no way shape or form looks like what was just delivered to my door today. The design is totally off centered. It looks so ridiculous. It's shocking how bad this turned out. It is not just a little bit off centered, but it is totally obviously a completely poorly printed card. I need these reprinted or a refund. This is just ridiculous. Actually, both the front and the back are super off centered. And do not look at all like they're supposed to look and how they looked online with my approved proof.

Loved the final product and it was delivered promptly and securely!

Gorgeous cards! The quality of the "premium soft touch" cardstock is superb! Love the design! My Easter cards were made special by a heartfelt sentiment in a chosen font. Arrived promptly and were well packaged.

The cards came out fine, but we are missing 24 envelopes for them. So far, Zazzle hasn't responded to my requests to send them. We're also waiting to hear on a refund for another item that the printing messed up on. Got initial responses to my review but haven't heard anything more about the refund.
