Terrible quality the black scratches off. I ended up buying new cards from staples. These just weren’t what I expected.

I’m not sure what’s happened with the quality of these cards? I’ve ordered these many times and the last 2 orders have been unsatisfactory. First the cutting and picture quality was bad. They replaced them and now this order has inconsistent print color on the cards. It should be white and it’s this weird red/pinkish color on some cards.

The quality and vibrancy of these cards is exceptional! I am so pleased with them and feel as if they enhance my efforts with my correspondences with a classy edge.

Wonderfully different format ( not your typical business card) and such an easy process.

Terrible quality… The first time I ordered my cards were so messed up and damaged during the process of cutting the corners to be rounded. So I was sent a new shipment fairly quickly, but the new cards also leave much to be desired. The light part of the cards look dirty, like they were rubbed against a dirty surface. There are these little tiny microscopic hairs all over them that might be from the cutting/trimming process. They just look like a mess and it is kind of embarrassing handing them out. I am extremely disappointed in my experience.

Very disappointed with how thin the envelopes are-I started to put the cards in and you can actually read what the invitation says. I order Christmas cards and the envelope for them are 100 times better. Not happy at all

We received these, damaged, twice. They were packaged in such flimsy packaging that the first batch arrived having clearly been sliding around in the envelope to where the corners were all damaged. Requested a re-order that arrived in event worse condition. Additionally, the print quality was terrible. My fiance is color blind and even he could tell that the color quality varied on each. Some of them even have clearly visible print streaks. We had previously ordered 5x7 invitations and our save the dates that had come well wrapped/packaged in a separte shipment, so we never expected this issue. There is a clear difference in print quality and treatment of items.

I recognize I should have reviewed the product immediately after receiving them but I did not. Instead, I waited until closer to Chinese New Year and this is what I discovered. Very disappointed.

LOVE the artwork! This card was the perfect artistic touch for a recipient that loves the ocean. I will use this artist again.

Last line of address merged with artwork. I'm surprised Zazzle does not catch these errors before the print.

I am beyond pleased with my new labels and business cards. My first time using Zazzle and couldn't be happier as everyone compliments how beautiful my labels and business cards are. I messed up on my business cards leaving the back a blank sold white that I've got to figure out how to edit, but as long as I'm in business, I will use the artist that created my labels. Thank you so so much for making my products look so nice!

a smidge thinner than i expected but overall looked great, i would order a thicker card fo rmore quality next time

Cut lines were visible and uneven even though I provided an image with plenty of room for bleed.

Love the card stock weight and the matte finish is just right.

Didn't receive envelopes with our cards - contacted Zazzle and about a week and a half later - they sent the order again. I was happy for that - although it delayed getting our thank you notes to our loved ones for attending a family members funeral.
