True color. Turned out great

Replacement order WORSE than the original, type cut-off, double image, stains on white socks

I was so excited to find a teapot that I could add my own design to! It’s beautiful!

When first received, the logo print was good and crisp. After an initial handwash and light towel dry, some of the printing came off. You can see in the picture some of the letters are missing and the side frame is gone. This is not a quality printing job based on an expectation of being able to use the glasses.

Took forever to get here, arrived after Christmas after it was 'lost'. Had no ribbon on the ornament like advertised. The white font on the light blue background is too hard to see and is even kind of blurry. The date of birth, weight, and length of the baby are not even legible! Too blurry and small to see! Very disappointed in the tree ornament for sure! It did not appear this way when I created it on the website. Customer service has been helpful with sending a second one, which I am waiting arrival. I am sure it will look exactly the same so I am going to be requesting a refund! Too bad! I was so excited to get it and give it to them for Christmas!
